Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
